What is in a Footcare Visit?
First-time clients will undergo a brief initial health interview and questionnaire with the RN. Additionally, there will be an inspection of the feet, lower extremities, and footwear, along with basic nail and foot care. Services include nail reduction, corn and callus reduction, ingrown toenail abatement, and diabetic footcare management. When necessary, individualized pressure relief or toe pads will be provided. Finally, each session concludes with a gentle application of moisturizing lotion to the feet and legs (unless contraindicated).
Angela may make recommendations for you to visit your Podiatrist or Medical Doctor if problems are discovered during the brief history and physical examination.
